Mr. Gutierrez is a lawyer and the firm’s founder, with over eight years of experience representing clients facing legal issues in real estate law and construction law, particularly in contentious matters.
Holder of a bachelor's degree in law and a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2017, he has focused his practice on the strategic support of owners, developers, investors, contractors, and other players in the real estate and construction sectors.
He regularly acts as a litigator in judicial proceedings, appearing before courts of first instance and appeal. In parallel, Mr. Gutierrez serves as a legal educator in his areas of expertise.
